Here you’ll find everything you need to know about placing an order, pre-orders, sales & discount codes, and our returns & cancellations process.
General Order Terms
All purchases are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (applies to consumer sales, not business-to-business).
We guarantee products are supplied as described, but suitability for special purposes must be confirmed by us in writing before purchase.
New bikes may need minor adjustments during the first few weeks of use. We offer a free safety check within 3 months at our workshop.
Items like brake pads, tyres, chains, bulbs, and cables are considered consumables and are only covered if faulty on delivery.
All products must be inspected upon delivery. Faults or issues must be reported to us within 24 hours by email.
Warranty claims depend on the manufacturer’s warranty. Second-hand bikes are not covered.
Pre-Order Service
Pre-orders secure your place in line for upcoming stock.
A £199 deposit is required, which is deducted from the final price.
Deposits are non-refundable unless we cannot supply the item.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on manufacturer timelines.
Sales & Discount Codes
Discounts apply only to in-stock or pre-order items (not gift vouchers).
Codes cannot be stacked or applied retrospectively.
Minimum spend may apply (excluding shipping).
We reserve the right to end promotions at any time.
In-Store Purchases (On-Premises Contracts)
All in-store sales are final unless the item is faulty or does not match the description.
Customers are encouraged to inspect goods before purchase.
Online & Distance Purchases (Distance & Off-Premises Contracts)
You have the right to return unused items within 14 days of receiving them.
Returned items must be brand new, unused, and in original packaging.
Used items may only qualify for up to 60% refund, even if ridden once.
Custom-made or specially ordered items cannot be returned.
Tools are non-returnable unless unopened in original packaging.
Right to Cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (approx. £100 within UK; international returns vary).
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Deductions may be made for items showing signs of use, improper packaging, or damage.
